photo love art project!
post wedding i had a TON of metal ikea planters on my hands left over from our placecards/favors. what to do? art project? yes, please! we'd been trying to come up with ways to showcase our A-MAZING engagement photos without making our apartment look like an ode to ourselves. i mean we'd wallpaper every room in them if we could. I loved the banged up metal contrasted against the bright, sunshiny feel of the images and inspiration struck.
the hardest part was choosing which of the images to use. then it took just a bit of crafty fun
and voila! mini photo blocks.

Hi there! I JUST saw your comment and wanted to say how much I enjoyed looking at your wedding details! It was SOOOO AMAZING! I had a yellow and black wedding and I want to scrap mine and do it all over again! Lovely blog and will definitely be visiting again =) - I have the Chicago poster by Ork design =)
Happy Friday!
Wow, what a cool idea! I may try to do this with my kids' photos. You have a great, creative blog!
What a fabulous project!!

so neat!! what kind of glue did you use?
Holy cow I love that idea!!
Hi,
I read ALOT of blogs, wedding related and not, and I have never felt so compelled to write a comment before until i stumbled upon yours, then the Ork poster pushed me over the edge (we have the NY one!)
Im getting married next August and we were set on yellow, black and white until i saw your gorgeous wedding all over the blogs, now my bridesmaids are arguing whether to stick to the old scheme or change it up with the grey!
We are also having smores at our wedding, which is pretty unusual in the UK as no-one knows what they are! (my man & I love all things US)
I shall swiftly be adding your lovely little blog to my reader!

Very cool idea!
Just found your post via Prudent Baby. I have to ask: where did that GREAT Los Angeles print come from? I'm from there originally and I love that picture!
